During the production, we will update the production status to customers. And after production finished we'll offer pics or shipping samples for customers' reference if they need.

Finally, after shipment, customers should arrange the balance upon the receipt of B/L copy,then we'll send original documents to customers for their custom clear

During shipping, we will still have an eye on the goods, and keep in touch with customers.

10. Will you charge the samples and express fees? And how?

Usually, our cutting samples are free.
