MLGT Series Paddy Husker

Equipment Introduction

MLGT series roller is not only refer to the global common advanced characteristics of rice huller, but also combined with the professional research achievements of our company, well-designed products, the ideal equipment. This machine uses a pair of different speed rotating rubber roller, it can squeeze and rub rice under a certain pressure to achieve the purpose of threshing, than make use of the different speed of suspension between brown rice and rice husk reuse of brown rice husk and suspension speed difference to separate them with induced draft.

Features

Higher rate of hulling, lower rate of broken:

This machine uses the reasonable lineal-speed differential and adjustable pressure between rollers, 90% of hulling rate, less than 5% of broken, it able to stay stability in the process of production.

Easy to use:

Adjusting handle, automatic feed plate, rollers swap with gearbox. Smooth operation: Main rotary parts are passed strict inspection, smooth running, smaller vibration.

Low abrasion of robber roller:

Best ventilation to avoid overheating to wear rubber roller, adopts double supporting structure, reliable performance.

Trouble Shooting

Kinds of troubles

Causes

Shooting methods

1. Too low hulling rate.

1. Too high output

2. Line speed difference is increased because rubber is worn away.

3. Edge, grooves and not round surface or uneven reduction of rubber roll diameter are caused.

4. Pressure between rolls is not enough.

1. Turn the gate smaller, control the flow rate.

2. Correctly shift the gearbox.

3. Shooting according to 5th kind of troubles.

4. Appropriately increase the press weight.

2. Too much husk in the mixture of paddy and brown rice.

1. Too little air volume.

2. A bit too great angle of louver trickle plates or too high air adjusting plate.

3. Pneumatic conveying pipe for husk is blocked.

4. Too high output.

1. Increase air volume.

2. Adjust correspondingly.

3. Inspect and clean out.

4. Reduce gate and control flow rate.

3. Too much rice in husk.

1. Too high air volume.

2. A bit too little angle of louver trickle plates or too low air adjusting plate.

3. Fan belt is loose and slipping.

1. Decrease air volume.

2. Adjust correspondingly.

3. Inspect and tighten belt.

4. Much broken and

cracked rice out of the huller.

1. Too high pressure between two rolls.

2. Too hard roll surface.

3. Water content of rice is too high or cracked rice is too much.

4. Rubber layer is worn off.

1. Reduce pressure weight.

2. Use rubber roll with proper hardness.

3. Treat it again.

4. Replace rubber roll.

5. Edge, grooves and not round surface or uneven reduction of rubber roll diameter are caused.

1. Two rubber rolls are not aligned (edge caused).

2. Long trickle plates are not centralized (edge caused).

3. Feed is uneven and there is foreign matter in rice.

4. Bearings are damaged (uneven reduction of rubber roll diameter are caused).

1. Adjust them to be aligned.

2. Adjust.

3. Check lower outlet of trickle plates for parallel with rubber rolls, enhance stoning and magnetic separation.

6. Too strong vibration in each position of the machine.

1. Rubber rolls are extremely not balanced.

2. Fasteners are loose.

3. Bearings of rubber rolls or gearbox are damaged.

4. Foundation bolts are loose.

1. Carry out static balance correcting.

2. Inspect and fasten.

3. Replace bearings.

4. Inspect and fasten.

7. Unnormal heat of machine position.

1. Leakage of grease or too much grease in gearbox.

2. Bearing damage or oil lost at machine head.

3. Gearbox bearing damage.

4. Strong frication of rubber rolls.

5. Too tight V-belt.

6. Damage of motor and fan.

1. Properly increase or decrease lubricating grease.

2. Replace or add grease.

3. Replacing.

4. Adjust roll gap.

5. Properly tighten it.

6. Repair them.

8. Noise of machine is too high.

1. Rubber rolls are not balanced or have frication without load.

2. Damage of rolling bearings.

3. Oil lost at drive position.

4. Damage of gears.

5. Couplings are coaxial.

1. Static balance adjusting.

2. Inspect and replace them.

3. Inject oil.

4. Replacing.

5. Corecting.
